Sea India Online provides access to digital content such as recorded video lessons, downloadable materials, and online resources. Since digital content is delivered immediately after payment confirmation, we do not offer returns or refunds.

If your payment is unsuccessful, pending, paused, or authorized but not settled, course access will not be activated until the transaction is successfully completed and confirmed. If any amount is debited from your account during a failed or pending transaction, it will be refunded by your payment provider or bank as per their processing timeline.

In rare cases, you may be charged more than once due to technical errors or payment gateway issues. If duplicate payment is confirmed, we will initiate a correction or refund for the duplicate amount after verification.

We reserve the right to update, modify, improve, replace, or discontinue any course content, course features, or pricing without prior notice. Such updates or changes do not qualify for a refund.
